Supervisor (2nd shift)

We are seeking an experienced multi-disciplined Technician to program, and run robotic equipment. The Technician/Supervisor will report directly to the Production Manager and will also be responsible for supervising the second shift, and insuring all daily production goals are met. The qualified candidate will also be responsible for security, and closing the plant each night. Hours for this position are 11:00 am – 10:00 pm Monday through Thursday. Typical Requirements for this position also include the use of, • Leadership skills. • Problem Solving. • Written and verbal communication skills. • Manual and automated tape and reel equipment. • Lead scan and reconditioning equipment. • Use of component trim and form equipment. • Measuring equipment, such as calipers and comparator. • Microscope Applicants with computer and leadership experience are preferred. Candidate will work from written and verbal instructions, must be fluent in English.
