Strategic HR Generalist

We believe HR should play a strategic role in our growth and we are looking for a HR professional who shares that belief and wants to grow with us.  Stylmark, Inc. is a manufacturer of fabricated metal components for retail, hospitality and other commercial interiors.

We are looking for someone who has both the technical HR skills to support our employees and the passion to drive the "soft" side of the business.  The right candidate will be an HR generalist who can: Ensure we are in compliance with local, state and federal regulations; Manage the day to day HR functions (insurance, workers' comp, hiring, performance reviews, benefits administration, etc); AND Bring enthusiasm and creativity to developing people, recruiting, supporting tough decisions, helping with OD initiatives, coaching, resolving conflicts, etc.
