STORE SUPERVISOR - CHANTILLY, VAAs a world-class manufacturer of paint and related products, ICI Paints has an opening in its Stores Division for a Store Supervisor at our new store opening in Chantilly, VA.As a Store Supervisor, you will assist the Store Manager to:Attain sales objectives Service contractors and retail customers Hire, train, supervise and motivate employees Develop and maintain a favorable company image Manager store administrative functions You will need:1-2 years of retail management experience Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills A high degree of initiative An Associate's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
