Staff Chemist - Process
Job Summary
As a staff member leads process material synthesis and development programs. Summary of essential job functions
·      Responsible for all aspects of new material synthesis and manufacturing.
·      Design and executes chemical experiments using conventional methods and High Throughput Experimental tools.
·      Advice process staff and vendors on all aspects of chemistry of materials and interfaces.
·      Supervise maintenance of laboratory and manufacturing equipment and chemical inventory.
·      Develop chemical production quality system. Key words
General, organic, colloid chemistry, nanotechnology, critical surface cleaning, organic synthesis.

Must haves:
Experience in synthesis of chemical compounds.
Strong drive to succeed.

Nice to haves:
>5 years of experience in semiconductor technology development. Minimum requirements
·      2+ years of experience
·      MS or PhD in Chemistry, Materials Science or Chemical Engineering
·      Experience in surface analysis and thin film characterization
·      Experience with air-sensitive reagents and processes
·      Comprehensive understanding and hands on experience in wide range of analytical instrumentation, including NMR, FTIR, UV-VIS, XRD, TGA, DSC and modern chromatographic techniques
·      Knowledge of solution-phase analysis
·      Solid understanding of safe lab practices
·      Excellent communication skills
