Located at our Corporate offices in Milwaukee, WI, under general guidance, individual will be responsible for various account reconciliation, financial analyses, and forecasts to support the Company's central Treasury operations, capital market transactions, and asset management.
Primary Duties: Treasury Analysis Provide analysis and reporting of monthly interest expense, interest income and foreign exchange gains / losses. Provides interest expense and banking fee annual plan and forecast estimates. Monitors and analyzes corporate wide net financing charges, debt and cash levels. Develops and maintains cash flow forecasts to ensure optimal levels of debt.Prepares analysis of external debt levels by currency, tenor and type. Assists with monitoring the Company's overall capital structure. Prepares analysis required to support quarterly and annual external reporting needs. Assists corporate and external auditors with review of Treasury issues.Assists in analysis and implementation of capital market transactions.Assists with asset management issues and analysis related to the Company's VEBA, Foundation and Retirement Plans.Assist with bank relationship management, including bank meetings, banking issue() identification and relationship monitoring.Performs other Treasury projects as assigned.
Treasury Administration Assists in maintenance of Treasury databases, Treasury files and records including inter-company loans, capital injections and inter-company dividends.Assists in creating Treasury department presentations.Performs other treasury administration projects as assigned.
We are seeking a candidate with the following qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.At least 3 years relevant experience.Experienced Microsoft Excel user.Excellent organizational and analytical skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Powerpoint.Customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.Must be self motivated with ability to proactively identify issues through thorough analysis.Must be a team player.Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or Master of Business Administration (MBA) preferred.Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred.Bi-lingual preferred
