Position Title:  Sr. Test Engineer - 8567Position Summary: Evaluates products by designing and conducting a variety of performance, environmental, and operational tests to ensure customer design specifications are met.  Coordinates qualification and research development test programs of diverse/difficult scope and complexity. Responsibilities: Interact with internal/external customers to define project requirements and provide status. Respond to test equipment trouble issues relating to electronic and hydraulic test equipment. Design and implement operational revisions to existing  LabVIEW code ver. 6.1-8.5Participate in the design, fabrication and testing of automated test equipment to test electrical and hydraulic products.Work as a key part of a project team to define the requirements for new test equipment. Requirements: Bachelors Degree (BS) in engineering or related technical discipline and demonstrated ability to perform essential functions typically acquired through 6 or more years related experience.Structured troubleshooting methodology for test equipmentAutocad experience desired for test equipment related drawings, electrical diagrams, P&IDs, assy drawingsExperience in design, layout and fabrication of custom test equipmentStrong communication and project management skillsEqual Opportunity Employer / U.S. Citizen or U.
