Company:  Ajilon Finance Job Category:  Accounting/Finance/Insurance Reference Code:  ZY-30187-523873 Location:  NJ 08876 Job Status:  Full Time, Employee  Monthly Closing: o Prepare monthly journal entries as assigned. o Prepare monthly analysis of Intercompany activity and billing to each Subsidiary.  Reconcile month-end balances with affiliates. o Prepare and submit check requests for monthly and quarterly sales tax returns, as assigned. o Reconcile Intercompany activity and prepare Sales/GM analysis for assigned Parent/Sister companies. o Calculate monthly reserves. o Assist in analysis of various Returns, Markdowns, Inventory and other reserves on a monthly basis. o Prepare monthly account reconciliations for assigned accounts, such as Accounts Receivable and Inventory.  US Financial Reporting: o Prepare Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Statement of Cash Flow for US Parent company. o Prepare and provide explanations for P&L and BS Flux analysis. o Prepare Gross Margin analysis and tie to Datawarehouse and General Ledger. o Prepare monthly Cost Center analysis and provide explanations for variances to Budget and Last Year.
