Sr. Program Administrator - 8511 Group Parker Aerospace is a segment of the Parker Hannifin Corporation which is a global leader in motion control equipment.  Parker Aerospace is an industry leader in the design, manufacture, and service of hydraulic and pneumatic components, systems, and related electronic controls for aerospace and other high-technology markets.  This position will be based out of Irvine, CA. Sr. Program Administrator - Group POSITION SUMMARYParker has a great opportunity for a Program Administrator who conducts analyses of diverse programs and projects.  Programs are usually of difficult scope and complexity so effective administration skills are key.  Additionally, in this capacity you will ensure fulfillment of program obligations, performance goals, and control of program costs. RESPONSIBILITIES-  Will be required to audit inputs from internal and external customers for Purchase Order Accuracy.-  Ability to quickly learn software systems.-  Ability to quickly do data entry into reports and customer purchase order systems.-  Must be willing to do some international travel.REQUIREMENTS-  Bachelors degree (BA/BS) in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience which has provided both theoretical and practical knowledge in the field.-  Demonstrated ability to perform the essential functions of the job typically acquired through six or more years of increasingly responsible related program administration experience.-  Excellent Use and Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.-  Ability to track deliverables deliverable to the lasts due dates and provide quick and correct answers to the customer, both internal/external.-  Ability to take multiple inputs from individual contributors and form one concise analysis and presentation.-  Willing to become PMP Certified.Equal-opportunity/affirmative-action employer U.S. citizen or U.S. permanent resident status required   Job Requirements: Job Code : 63047680 Division/Department : Parker Hannifin
