Sr. Process Engineering Manager
FOXCONN CNSBG Technology Inc. is hiring a Sr. Process Engineering Manager for our North West Houston production facility. The ideal candidate would have System Integration experience in a CTO Server or other high-end Electronic Technology OEM environment.

POSITION: Sr. Process Engineering Manager
CATEGORY: Exempt – Engineer
JOB FUNCTION:Manage Process Engineers and support all FTX (Foxconn Texas) Process Engineering efforts for Cisco Products
QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION: Requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering
EXPERIENCE: Min. 10 yrs. Process /Manufacturing experience
SKILLS: Understand DF process and has solid knowledge and experience in developing method and work instructions. Lean Manufacturing knowledge is a plus and strong communication skills are required.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
l Manage PE Team
l Support and Coordinate FTX Management team on all Initiatives
l Implement ECOs/ DEVs and prepare the documents for rework.
l Support NPI process and implement new SOP per Lean mfg requirements.
l Lead cycle time and detail line balancing tasks.
l Review detail work instructions/SOP.
l Strong Computer skills to generate digital images of methods.
l Provide Leadership for process and equipment training to Production and QA department.
l Support facility layout and improvement projects.
l Direct and Implement ongoing process improvements of all operations
l Strong understanding or material flows and Kanban techniques
l Experience Lean Mfg environment and lead Kaizen teams
l Assist in the selection of new equipment for assembly
l Train the Trainer on new Products and Processes
l Lead DFX, DFM, DFT product design teams both internal and external
