Job Category: Accounting/Finance/Insurance       Job Description    Tyco Flow Control (TFC) is the largest manufacturer of valves, actuators and associated flow control products in the world, serving the oil and gas, chemical, power generation, petrochemical, waterworks, and pulp and paper industries, as well as the pharmaceutical, food and beverage, and specialty markets.  TFC generates nearly $4BB dollars in revenue and employs 15,000 associates in over 80 locations around the globe.  TFC Americas has an exciting role for a person to lead Operations Finance in our Houston, TX Headquarters location.  The role is an integral part of the financial leadership team for TFC Americas and will be primarily responsible for the following activities: Â· Reporting and analyzing of all; actual, forecast and budgeted financial and operational metrics of the seven (7) manufacturing facilities located in the United States (reporting to this position our seven Plant Controllers and their respective cost accountants)· Review and approve all Standard costs for the manufacturing and distribution facilities· Provide support, and ensure consistency in the standard setting methods used to set the standards for material, labor and overhead rates· Ensure compliance of all Policies & Procedures (including DOA) as issued by Flow Control and Tyco International· Maintain & Audit manufacturing dashboard for the manufacturing locations.· Responsible for reviewing of all capital expenditures and subsequent post audit· Responsible for the analysis and of various centralized operational functions that support the manufacturing facilities including but not limited to:  Operational Excellence, Purchasing, Logistics, Warehousing and distribution functions· Assist in the implementation of SAP throughout the TFC – America’s locations· Participate in various add hoc teams within the TFC – America’s organization.  · Travel Approximately 10 -20%   Requirements-  B.S. in Accounting / Finance.  MBA preferred.  CPA / CMA a plus.-  Minimum (7) years relevant business experience, including solid finance and accounting experience.-  Operational finance experiences a plus.-  Prior experience with setting up financial process routines.-  Experience with consolidating budgets / forecasts for a multi-divisional company.-   Experience working for large company ($1BB+) or division with significant international presence.-  Strong PC skills including Excel and PowerPoint.  Hyperion & SAP knowledge a plus.  COMPETENCIES:Ø Action OrientedØ Business AcumenØ Decision QualityØ Integrity and TrustØ Interpersonal SavvyØ Learning on the FlyØ Strategic Agility Send this Job to a Friend View all "Tyco" jobs Learn more about Tyco
