Sr. Compensation Analyst
- Bachelors Degree Basic Function: Under the direction of the Manager of Compensation and Benefits, responsible for carrying out a wide range of analytic and programmatic activities to support the successful development, implementation and administration of comprehensive compensation guidelines, programs, practices and policies while balancing internal equity and market competiveness within the Lexington Medical Center organization. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, or Human Resources, or related discipline. MBA preferred. 5 to 7 years of progressive experience within the compensation function Demonstrated compensation planning, administration and program design experience Detailed oriented and demonstrated ability to synthesize and conceptualize issues as well as develop creative solutions that address business issues Excellent communication, problem solving, and analytical skills Identifiable skills in multi-tasking, time management skills, organizational Proficiency in using HRIS systems, specifically PeopleSoft, as well as MicroSoft Office, specifically Excel.
