Sourcing Leader - Indirect

Description:   Â·  Deploy plan, and implementation of all assigned spend areas to achieve maximum deflation and value based on the Strategic Plan.·  Management and improvement of the MRO procurement function, including Corporation’s E-Procurement on-line catalog system.·  Lead negotiations in IT software and hardware, corporate supplies and services, MRO services, outsourcing initiatives Support IT, HR, Travel, and other internal functions in the management and negotiation of outside service and hardware contracts.·  Lead Indirect Commodity Teams across Corporation.·  Assist in the development and promotion of the sourcing function, including training and mentoring of Divisional sourcing personnel.·  Define best practices for Strategic Sourcing (Indirect), develop buy in within the organization and supply base, and deploy these effectively.·  Participate in developing overall process and strategies of the organization.·  Assist Management and other Directors as necessary to meet the overall goals of the Strategic Sourcing Team·  Development and implementation of Indirect commodity ‘scorecard’. Requirements:  Â·  BS degree in Management or Engineering·  Minimum 10 years in progressive sourcing responsibilities ($100+MM)·  Thorough understanding and experience in Indirect and IT·  Excellent project and commodity team leadership skills and proven results.·  Detail, metric and results oriented·  Development and implementation of Indirect commodity ‘scorecard’.·  Excellent finance skills.·  Experience in project management·  Proven track record in the development and management of cross-divisional and cross-functional teams. ·  Willing and able to travel domestically and internationally. ******Please apply via email with resume as a MS Word attachment******
