We are currently searching for a Software Test Engineer, Sr. to work in our Engineering group.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Creates and implements software test plans on complicated electro-mechanical system.

 

Writes test standards, procedures and requirements.

 

Develops automated software tests.

 

Documents test results.

 

Proof-reads operator manuals.

 

Performs in-house training on the new software.

 

Make recommendations for corrective action.

 

Provides a leadership role to junior level of staff.

 

Other duties may be assigned

 

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

 

BSCS/BSCE, BSEE or BSME with sufficient coursework in software design also acceptable. Minimum 8 years of experience in software test or software development or equivalent combination of education and experience.

 

SKILLS REQUIRED:

 

Familiar with software test techniques and methodologies.  Ability to develop test procedures and plans from requirement documents.  Experience with software programming and designing automated software tests.  Knowledge of Windows operating system.  Familiar with MFC, C++, C# or VB.  Familiar with IBM ClearQuest and revision control tools such as Source Safe.
