The position plays a consulting role in the support of existing systems, providing guidance and expertise to less experienced developers. The purpose of this position is to design programming solutions to complex business issues. The design of these solutions directly affects the working lives of customers. This position develops solutions which provide cost benefits for the end-customer and increased revenue for the company. On a day to day basis, this person will analyze, design, develop, test, document and implement integration solutions. This person is a fully competent professional capable of handling virtually all programming challenges.

Bachelors degree in Computer Information Systems or related experience required. Must possess the ability to create technical work breakdown structures. Extensive working knowledge of webMethods integration tool (2-4 years experience required). Individual must have solid understanding of EAI principles which include A2A & B2B integrations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. Knowledge of building test case scenarios, executing test cases, and documenting activity is mandatory. Individual must be self motivated.
