Manpower is currently recruiting MULTIPLE small parts assemblers to work at an O'Fallon, MO manufacturing company for various departments within the facility. These opportunities are temporary with the possibility of permanent hire after successful completion of 40 days on assignment. After 90 day performance review, ability to increase pay rate up to $11.50/hr. Superstar performers are recognized for their quality work!!! LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY PLEASEQualified candidates must have good hand-eye coordination, be able to handle small parts and must be very detailed oriented. Will be assembling surgical tools including forceps, scissors, and other products. Clean criminal background is required. Stable previous work history and good references from previous employers required. Attention to detail, desire for quality work, good team skills, good eyesight and hand-eye coordination a must.
