Hensley Industries has an opening for a Shop Foreman in our growing Construction Products Division in Mansfield, Texas.

Experience

1. 5 Years of supervisory experience in a steel fabrication environment

2. Associates Degree or Trade School Equivalent

3. CWI preferred, understanding of cutting, fitting, & welding processes

4. Computer Literate

Responsibilities

1. Interprets manufacturing schedule

2. Plans daily activities of the workforce to meet or exceed requirements

3. Ensures part availability for each product

4. Maintain work flow through shop

5. Suggest ideas for process improvement

6. Maintain all safety policies & procedures
