Shipping/Receiving Technician (AveryDenn)

Manpower is looking for a Shipping and Receiving Technician to work in the Carrollton area.THIS IS A THIRD SHIFT POSITION/11PM-7AMWill train for 2 weeks on a day shift.Employees will be operating slitter machines, forklifts and must be able to read tape measures.Candidates will fulfill various shipping and receiving activities, as well as operation of production equipment. Will track and ensure that all orders are complete and shipped as required. Will be required to perform minor machine and equipment maintenance.Must have mechanical ability and experience working on production equipment.Experience as a rewinder operator and aptitude for maintenance is a plus. In order to be considered for this position, candidates must be forklift certified or be able to complete the certification; have a High School diploma or GED and be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
