Shipping & Receiving Supervisor

Kerr, an operating subsidiary of Sybron Dental Specialties, Inc., develops, manufactures and markets a broad range of consumable dental products. A Danaher company.

We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Shipping & Receiving Supervisor to join our team in Middleton, WI. Responsibilities include:

* Provide supervision of all Warehouse personnel (receiving, shipping, and material handling). Includes but not limited to: work schedule, communication, performance reviews, feedback and discipline. * Daily coordination of finished good loading, material information flow, receiving, inventory adjustment entries, shipping documentation/data entry, and other miscellaneous office duties. * Assure compliance with FDA, QSR, GMP and ISO regulatory requirements. * Maintain all records associated with shipping and receiving. * Information gatekeeper with customer service, production and materials. Field technical questions, solve problems, and delegate tasks and resources as necessary. * Back up staff who may be absent * Develop better tools and techniques to reduce costs, improve quality and labor efficiency. * Facilities maintenance coordination (contractors, janitorial service, etc).

Associates or Bachelors degree preferred and a minimum of 5-10 years experience in shipping & receiving supervision; as well as inventory management experience. Previous forklift experience. Thorough familiarity with Oracle or similar database. Proficient in Word.
