Shift Manager - Plastic Profile Extrusion

Company: Client is a well established privately owned company. They are a custom profile extruder specializing in precisely engineered shape profiles. They service the appliance, building products, marine, electrical, lighting, and furniture markets. Company has consistently grown each year of operation over the last 10+ years. Company is located in Geauga County - North Eastern Ohio, about 40 minutes east of Cleveland. Desired Qualifications: 3 plus year profile extrusion experience Ability to dierctl & lead employees Knowledge of the operation of a profile extrusion line Previous experience with close tolerance extruders Experience producing many different kinds of profile very desirable Computer literateScope of position: Will manage a third shift, hours 11 PM to 7 AM Will assign employees to lines, schedule equipment, make adjustments, maintain equiment as necessary. Manage 8 - 10 employeesCompensation: Very Competitive base salary plus potential annual performance bonus of 3-5%. Complete fringe benefit package.
