Severstal Warren, Inc. is an integrated flat-rolled steel producer located in Warren, Ohio. Applicants are being sought for a Shift Manager in the Operations Support Department.

EDUCATION: Minimum of a two-year associate degree, preferably in transportation or business.

EXPERIENCE: Minimum of two (2) years supervisory experience in a unionized work environment. Railroad or mobile equipment experience required.

DUTIES: Responsibilities include the supervision of employees and the coordination of the movement of trains and mobile equipment throughout the plant. Major emphasis is placed on employee safety, keeping all units stocked and providing services to the operating departments.

This is a 21-turn operation, requiring shifts and weekend work. Some overtime is required, dependent upon business conditions.
