Sheet Metal Fabricators, Welders & Estimators
Sheet Metal Fabricators:
Target Industry: Architectural Design, Dust Collection & Ventilation Systems, Ducting, Food & Restaurant Industry, Commercial & Industrial Industry, & Precision Sheet Metal Products (specializing in Stainless Steel)Â
Class A & B Mechanics -  Must have Amada / CNC experience; blue print specifications thru calculating requirements; fabricate components; operation of shear, punch, roll.
Â
Field Installer - On-site sheet metal fabrication, emergency breakdowns, plant furbishing, bag house repair, welding.
Â
Welding - Mig, Tig & Arc. Materials include stainless steel, mild steel, aluminum, galvanize & copper.
AWS.D1.1 & LA Certification a plus.
Estimator
Requirements:* Must have a book of business for new sales* Quote Jobs - Estimate cost for labor, material, and equipment to the time when the job is complete* Manage Job - Submit a Job Package including drawing & dimensions, estimated shop & field hours, materials required, equipment rental, permits, etc.*Follow up on job progress * Customer Service - Maintain constant communication with customer from quote - to job progress- to payment.
