Service Manager

Full-time opening in a specialized heavy equipment facility (Oakwood, OH Branch) for an individual with excellent customer service skills and a strong knowledge of excavators, skid steers, material handlers, hydraulics and attachments - shear service is a plus!!  Duties include, but are not limited to, taking customer calls and dispatching mechanics to job sites for repairs, handling internal shop mechanics and assigning various job tasks, working closely with manufacturers to assist technicians in ordering the correct parts, and communicating with manufacturer warranty departments to make necessary warranty repairs and to obtain initial warranty approval.  Successful candidate must have the ability to assist technicians with repairs issues, both in the field, and in the shop.  Strong computer knowledge is required, as well as previous management experience.  This is a very fast-paced work environment!
