Service Center agent

Modis is one of the world’s largest providers of information technology staffing services and solutions.  Currently we have more than 6,000 information technology professionals on assignment worldwide.  We serve more than 1,500 clients throughout the United States, Canada and Europe. The Service Center agents objective is to: Take customer orders Manage and follow up inquiries and commitment with and for customers They are also responsible for: Obtaining the necessary internal and external information to fulfill customer needs Acquiring, registering suggestions and complaints, and channeling them trough the organization respecting the minimum answer levels Communicating to customer any marketing effort or surveys Specific functions: Orders: Attending and registering customer orders Detecting customer needs in order to give the optimum product for customer needs Review and take in to account any credit or special situations Should provide the minimum time of response fulfilling customers needs Communicate every commitment in an effective way to the customer Help keeping customer info clean Inquires, suggestions and complaints: Receive and catalog every inquiry, suggestion or complaint that the service center receives Speed up customer response time Communicate customer needs to the right people in the company Allocate the necessary resources in order to fulfill customer needs Marketing campaigns: Inform customers whenever there is a campaign Answer any questions that a customer could have regarding to a given campaign Direct any further questions about any campaign Surveys: Constantly look for opportunities for customer feedback Implement surveys when ever they are asked to Cross Selling and Up Selling: Identify potential customers for cross or up selling and present those opportunities to customers Front Office activities only: Perform only FO activities or any customer focus ones  Looking for someone with thick skin, cool under pressure and that can make decisions on their own -Must have upbeat attitude and a "do whatever it takes outlook" -Looking to grow their leaders organically from this initial hire, great growth opportunity. -West Coast & bilingual are preferred -Minimal travel initially (2 weeks) -Initially 6:30 AM - 5:30 PM hours, but shifts will grow to accommodate west coast expansion. The Agent will need to expect to travel anywhere from 3 to 9 months, possibly longer.
