EMPLOYEE REPORTS TO: Head of Global Launch

 

 

Job Function Summary:

Manage end-to-end supply chain processes in regards to global launch projects within surgical urology and skin care. Lead and manage the Supply Chain Launch group in the US and ensure that objectives and results are delivered through coordination and interaction with the Supply Chain Management organization in Denmark.

 

Major Areas of Accountability:Overall responsibility for managing the SCM launch projects including meeting milestones and launch dates with the right quantity. This includes securing raw material availability and production progress as well as distribution to Coloplast distribution centersOwner of Project AgreementsWork with SCM line managers to staff launch projects with the right people and resources Develop and follow the Project Management standard in SCM Global Launch to ensure an ongoing effective and efficient Launch processResponsible for supply chain global launch processes managed from Coloplast sites and Contract Manufacturing sitesEnsure an efficient launch process by developing the project execution methodology for launch processes in Supply Chain PlanningCoach, empower, and develop direct reports

 

Essential Qualifications:Bachelor degree within relevant areaMinimum of 3 years of Supply Chain or related experiencePeople management experience preferredDocumented project management skills and experienceDiplomatic with well developed oral and written communication skillsAble to challenge and work within complex supply chains Ability to balance details with the bigger pictureAnalytical and highly structured way of thinkingAbility and desire to work in a changing environmentProficient using the MicroSoft Office Suite programsAbility to travel 5 – 10%
