Multi-tasking and prioritization skills are required to provide secretarial and administrative support to this fast-paced Marketing Communications Department. Excellent communication and organizational skills and an advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Lotus Notes are necessary to complete correspondence, schedule meetings, manage multiple calendars and coordinate special projects.
