Senior Sales Rep

The territory for this position is Western Massachusetts and Albany NY area

Manage an IC / Trade sales territory by seeking, analyzing, and acting on business opportunities to to exceed territory budgeted sales objectives. This will be accomplished by selling OSRAM SYLVANIA value added products and services to the Industrial and Commercial Markets.

The candidate will increase sales and market share by signing new direct and indirect business, develop and drive promotions while managing expenses to be in line with company objectives.

In addition, the candidate will train distributor sales personnel to sell and promote OSRAM SYLVANIA products and services.

The candidate will work from their home, preferably in Western MA. Office set-up provided by the company.
Requirements:
5-7 yrs sales experience desired, preferably in the Electrical Distribution industry.

Microsoft Office products to include but not limited to Excel and PowerPoint

Bachelor’s Degree required
