Senior Sales & Marketing Director
The company is a well established, family owned and operated, Oregon entity with manufacturing, distribution and retail operations.
Requires 10+ years of progressive sales and marketing experience including:
* Senior managerial and leadership competence (all areas)
* Managing outside sales force (all areas)
* Managing retail store managers (all areas)
* Managing dealer network (all areas)
* Managing sales & marketing programs and budgets
* Strong communications and collaboration skills with entire supply chain stake holder community
* Strong background in ERP and CRM including demand management systems and processes
