Job Title - Senior Sales Analyst

 

Summary of Duties and Responsibilities

This position is responsible for preparing market and sales analysis for use by Sales Management Team. The Sr. Sales Operation Analyst will provide an accurate assessment of sales and market performance and in making strategic business decisions. The position not only processes and prepares this information, but also provides tools and training on how to interpret and assess the information through communication and instruction. The successful candidate will merge programming/technical skills with the business knowledge inherent in a sales/marketing organization.  Provide detailed and accurate reporting to sales management and senior executives on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis to support business objectives This includes, though not limited to, forecast accuracy, variance analysis, sales results / trending, KPIs and ad hoc reportingProvide support to Field Sales Organization as it relates to reporting, CRM and sales operations processesManage sales forecasting process, pipeline management, sales analysis, win/loss and sales metrics reporting.Be integral to customer consolidation project teamWork closely with Business Intelligence team to become a super user with OBIEE BI tool Provide superior customer service/support to all internal and external departments
