Senior Project Engineer - Raleigh, NC

Description:Eaton Corporation located in Raleigh, NC has an opening for a Senior Project Engineer. The Project Engineer will be responsible for the design and project engineering effort to meet customer specific requirements. This shall include: oSpecification analysis and system definition oDetermining design parameters oElectrical design and co-ordination for system and sub-system integration oThe estimating and scheduling of engineering tasks, including the coordination the of the mechanical design oComponent and vendor selection oPurchase specifications oManufacturing, test and customer documentation oSafety agency coordination oTechnical and project support. Job Qualifications/Educational Requirements oBachelors of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering required with minimum 3 years experience. oKnowledge in use of PLC's for design of control systems. oStrong project management, computer, verbal and written communication skills. oExperience in electrical power distribution and controls, NEC and safety agency regulations is preferred.
