This will be evidenced by increased inventory turnover and improved delivery performance. This position works with Surface Systems Operations to maximize inventory investment by identifying substitutions and conversion opportunities and relocating inventory to optimal strategic stocking points.In this role the successful individual will lead, teach and mentor best SAP practices to accomplish these goals.Qualifications:APICS Certified with a 4 year college degree in Supply Chain, Business or Engineering or related experience. Manufacturing experience with oil field product knowledge. Must be organized, able to work independently and make decisions with and without direction. Must be self motivated. Good presentation and communication skills. Team player personality that works well with others. Flexible, goal oriented and able to accept/manage change. Possess the ability to function with a high sense of urgency, interface and influence personnel at all levels of the organization. Creative problem solving skills, strategic thinking, analytical skills with a high attention to detail.
