Senior Financial Analyst

ESCO Corporation is a global manufacturer of engineered metal wearparts and components for industrial applications. The SFA will provide analysis of business unit and regional financial results as well as operational performance with communication of that analysis to senior management and Corporate.

Organize and prepare financial reports and key performance metrics, including related analysis covering periodic actual results compared to plan and prior year. Support for strategic planning and annual forecasting processes.

Responsible for planning, conducting, and managing financial analysis projects. Examples of projects would include defining / establishing reporting on new financial metrics and evaluation of potential investments. These projects could be self-directed or could involve leading others depending on the project. Support for Corporate in meeting quarterly external reporting requirements and analysis as required. Work with senior management on ad-hoc reporting / analysis or special projects.
Requires a bachelors degree in finance or accounting with an advanced degree in a related area or designation (CPA, CMA, CFA) a plus. At least 4 years experience in financial analysis or related role. Strong interpersonal skills.

Ability to lead and direct the work of others as required. Self-starter and proactive in approach. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Demonstrated project management and results-driven performance track record. Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and Access. Working knowledge of Oracle Applications is a plus.
