Senior Contracts Administrator

This position is responsible for contract management and administration in accordance with team, departmental and company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications. Generate, review and otherwise administer sales contracts and subsequent revisions; prepare contract summaries and obtain necessary management approvals, as required. Prepare and maintain contract documentation.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE: * With a sense of urgency, prepares and reviews the company's Systems and Game Sales contracts in a manner that meets or exceeds company standards for timeliness and accuracy. * Reviews Customer signed Agreements in order to determine if the Agreements is within Company's established guidelines. * Recommends company's Systems and Game Sales contracts for executive signature, which entails the ability to assess risk related to the transaction and how to mitigate that risk. * Negotiates with the Customer modifications to Company's Systems and Game Sales agreements. * The ability to find solutions that benefit the company and the Customer. * Monitors and facilitates the progress of projects through all phases of contract completion and modifies contracts as instructed. * Communicates in a professional and customer-focused manner with both internal and external customers. * Effectively works as part of a team to ensure that work flow and customer relations are improved and/or maintained. * Follows all legal sales team, departmental and company policies and procedures. * Provides follow-up and detail work to ensure orderly and effective project implementation, including the development of forms and procedures; trains individuals associated with contract administration. * Review contractual specifications to ensure compliance with Federal, State and local requirements. * Researches and verifies legal entity names, relevant dates and status of agreements for company-wide contracts. * Maintains the customer/contract database. * Obtains and distributes all fully executed agreements. * Creates, maintains and manages company-wide contract files, including System and Game Sales Agreements and Lease Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements and other documents as requested. * Ensures the completion of assigned tasks with other departments. * Brings to supervisor's attention and proactively communicates, investigates and defines problem areas, conducts studies and prepares reports recommending solutions or courses of action related to contract administration, projects and improvements. * Responsible for the timely filing of UCC-1 forms associated with the transaction of games and systems. * Other duties as assigned All employees are responsible for their personal safety and the safety of others. QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field or its equivalent. Paralegal Certificate is not a requirement but is desirable. Experience: Requires a minimum of five years experience as a Contracts professional. Skills, knowledge, and qualifications: * Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills. * Strong attention to detail. * Strong foundation and understanding of legal documents, contracts and relevant legal terminology. Knowledge of database management. * Must be a skilled negotiator. * Must be highly organized. * Strong knowledge of office equipment. * Must be computer literate. * Must have the ability to manage multiple tasks; strong time management skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks. * Solid work ethic—must be reliable and willing to comply with company and departmental policies and procedures. * Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English. * Must have a strong legal and business acumen. * Must have strong communication skills, be able to work independently and be team oriented. This position may require registration with the Nevada Gaming Control Board (NGCB) and/or other gaming jurisdictions in which we operate. PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS: * Assigned duties are accomplished primarily in an office/production setting. Must be able to maneuver around an office/production setting, work at a desk/work station and respond to written and oral cues. * Must have the manual dexterity to operate a computer and other necessary office/production equipment. * May be required to bend, reach and lift up to 25 lbs.
