Senior Assembler - Medical Instrumentation

Senior AssemblerPosition Summary

This position is responsible for performing required electrical and/or mechanical operations on

complex modules or entire instruments, using visual aids, assembly drawings and verbal or written instructions with a high degree of independence 

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

· Assembles or disassembles complex modules or entire- instruments with minimal supervision.

· Assures compliance with all documentation to produce products to specifications.

· Achieves productivity goals to established standards.

· Routes finished assemblies to designated destination, including processing accurate inventory transactions.

· Perform inventory cycle counts.

· Maintain the 5S policy in their work area.

· Makes judgments regarding operations activities while being responsible for own quality inspection.

Minimum Skills & Knowledge Requirements:

2 years experience in manufacturing environment.
