If you are a proven process improvement leader, with a lean manufacturing background, this is your chance to make a difference. Our client offers exposure to advanced and highly engineered custom machinery products. They look to decrease time-to-ship on key products, and improve overall manufacturing efficiency in all areas. Here are the basic requirements:· 10+ years in operations management with a manufacturer of custom engineered products, i.e. Machines· In depth Lean Manufacturing experience· Documented, proven process improvement experience· Some background or Degree in Mechanical Electrical Engineering· Willingness to relocate to beautiful lakeside resort community in Minnesota If you are passionate about improving efficiency in a manufacturing environment, this is your chance to make an immediate impact.
