Importers Service is currently seeking a qualified addition to our office staff.  Initial duties will include fielding and directing telephone inquiries, routing of inbound and outbound written and faxed correspondence, filing of customer and vendor documentation and data input.  Duties will be expanded to include preparation of documentation needed for the production process as well as compilation of data for customer specific documentation.

Necessary skills will be a solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office, standard filing protocols, good written and verbal skills and a desire to be part of a team.Importers Service is the largest manufacturer of gum acacia in North America.  Privately held and in business for 65 years we offer stability in a relaxed work environment.  The manufacturing facility is located in Jersey City less than 0.5 miles from exit 14C on the New Jersey Turnpike.  The company is relocating to a new facility in Edison, NJ.  Operations will begin at the new facility before 2009.  We salary commensurate with experience, full medical coverage, with no employee contribution, pension plan and an annual bonus program.
