Scrap Metal Shredder Manager

Candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in the operation and maintenance of a shredder for scrap metal and autos.  Job duties include leading a crew of 20 people in the shredder and residue separation operations.  The optimal candidate will be someone to get dirty with his crew and lead by example plus be able to do office management functions.  Job duties include supervision of operations and maintenance personnel, planning production and repairs, process improvements, wear parts procurement and spare parts control.  Employer seeking individual who will desire to stay and grow with the company.  Position is excellent opportunity for promotion.  Benefits include health insurances, excellent 401K, vacation and holiday pay, gain sharing and profit sharing.
