Sales and Marketing Specialist

Heraeus Noblelight is one of the world's leading producers of Infrared heating solutions for the industrial process market. Located near Atlanta Georgia, Heraeus Noblelight is focused on providing customized industrial process solutions for a wide range of markets. We are looking for a dynamic sales talent to join our highly accomplished business development team. Talent and attitude means more to us than years of experience in a technical sales environment. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable in both inbound and outbound sales work. You will be a key element in our strategy of broadening existing lines of business as well as developing new customers across North America. Based at our Headquarters in Duluth, GA. Primary responsibilities will focus on early stage prospecting utilizing a variety of methods. Once concrete, these opportunities will be turned over to technical experts to develop our highly customized and unique solutions to customers. Depending on the candidate identified, full life cycle sales work is a possibility.

This position requires minimal travel.

Candidates with either inside or outside sales experience would be a good fit for this position. The key functions of this position are the early stage prospecting and development work. From a practical perspective, the right individual will be very comfortable rolling up their sleeves; everyone in our group has this trait. Our sales philosophy is heavily rooted in the solution selling methodology. While experience is beneficial, we have multiple in-house experts in solution selling methodology to mentor and help you develop your career.
