Sales and Marketing Administration Assistant

 

Required skills: Excellent computer business application skills especially Excel and Powerpoint Experience in administrative support of field sales organization Excellent verbal communication, presentation and written skills Ability to effectively “multi-task� in a diverse functional environment Graphic Arts and/or Newspaper Market experience an asset.



Responsibilities would include:

Day to day administrative support for field sales organization and marketing. Liaison between field sales and internal operations Coordinates sales forecast and sales pipeline planning Creates sales reporting and analysis, and order reporting including status, shipping dates and historical data. Creates and manages versioning of pricing documents and manages distribution of pricing to dealers Creates and maintains customer installation database Creates and maintains customer and dealer contact database Assists order entry department on order accuracy, completeness and compliance with company policies Monitor inventory and manage replenishment of product support and marketing materials Manages distribution of product support and marketing materials to dealer partners Manages distribution of incoming sales leads from website and other sources Execution of direct mail and e-mail promotions for marketing campaigns Coordination of content creation (technical, sales and product info) for company website for both public and dealer portal Assist in planning and promotion of events Assist in planning and logistics for tradeshows Provide general support to VP Sales as required Provide general support to Director of Marketing on special projects



General:

Position primarily supports Western Hemisphere and reports to WH VP Sales. Position supports Eastern Hemisphere for marketing support requirements. Position location is ECRM offices Tewksbury, MA. Occasional travel and weekend work required
