Sales Support Specialist/Customer Service - P/T
NOVACHEM needs an individual with excellent telephone skills and some sales-related experience to work as a lead qualifier and sales support rep in our telephone sales department. Responsibilities will include calling prospective customers to identify decision-makers, discover and qualify needs, and set up for follow-up by our senior product specialists.
Our products are widely used to improve productivity in the plastics industry. You'll be contacting manufacturing and engineering managers to discuss their potential requirements.
We will need 20 to 24 hours/week from you; the exact schedule can be somewhat flexible (within normal business hours). This situation is ideal for the individual with sales-related experience who wants to work part-time in a professional environment while dealing with personal or family responsibilities.
Compensation will be hourly and dependent on skills and experience.
