Sales Representative

Under the direction of Field Sales Managers, this position is responsible for implementing and maintaining sales development business plans to increase product volume through retail coverage, implementation of programs and promotions, and evaluation of market place conditions. The incumbent will accomplish these objectives by developing and expanding our product presence and retail sales by utilizing category management tools and customer incentive programs. In addition, this position will be responsible for effective call routing and maintaining call frequency to assist with product development in retail. Additional responsibilities include conducting quality one-on-one adult consumer sampling.Requirements: A four-year college degree is preferred with a minimum of 2-3 years sales experience, preferably in the consumer products field. A high school diploma, or equivalent certification, is required. Must possess excellent oral/written communication skills with a demonstrated aptitude for developing strong and effective inter-personal relationships. Basic computer skills are required. A valid driver?s license and the ability to travel are also necessary. Interviewing and supervisory skills are needed to supervise part-time retail coordinators.
