Sales Rep with Equity
My client is a small but very successful manufacturer of wastewater equipment primarily to the municipal market. These products have a huge cost savings advantage which makes them very attractive and easier to sell. We are looking for someone that has exposure to the biological treatment aspect of wastewater and also understands the sales process as it relates to municipalities. The owner of the company is looking for someone that can drive new sales outside of the "sun belt" region and also learn to help run the company as the owner nears retirement age.
Being offered is a base salary, commissions of 4% of gross sales, equity, medical/dental benefits, paid time off and a relocation package. If you would like the opportunity to have ownership of a company and are willing to travel 65%, send your resume to dan@rsipeople.com .
