This $250+ million firm is an industry leader, providing manufactured products, equipment, and services from 40+ locations in the US. The client is headquartered in Chicago and driven by a new executive leadership team. The role of Sales & Operations Planning Manager is chartered to deploy the companyâ€™s demand planning, inventory management, and operations model. Successful implementation will significantly improve procurement, planning, logistics, and utilization of equipment nationwide. As a corporate role, the position is well positioned for visibility and grooming for advancement.

This position requires a Bachelors degree, preferably supply chain/logistics related, and an MBA or related Masters degree. Individuals must have prior strategic and line supply chain leadership experience. Candidates must be experienced with corporate-wide sales and operations planning to drive production, procurement, and inventory management functions. Superior communication skills are important to lead/build teams, to mentor employee development, and to engage the corporate leadership team.
