As the Director of Sales and Marketing, you will be responsible for the creation and implementation of all company sales and marketing efforts, including leading an energetic in-house sales team.

Responsibilities:

  Development, execution and achievement of marketing and sales plans; in particular, the creative and technical aspects of an internet marketing plan Management of the sales team and their daily activities Personal selling to prospective accounts Creation and implementation of activities relating to advertising and public relations as well marketing collateral to support the sales and marketing plan Oversee the ongoing development of company’s website presence and positioning Prepare management reports by; interpreting data, analyzing results, and constructing final reports Utilize CRM application for management of customers and prospects Perform other duties as assigned by the President

 

Qualifications:

  Sales and marketing management experience A sound and extensive understanding of marketing and sales strategies and best practices, especially in regards to online marketing Experience in building and implementing successful online marketing and sales plans Experience in taking ownership of a project and seeing it through to completion Proven experience in business-to-business selling Personal stature and interpersonal skills capable of working with every level of an organization within the industry and defined markets Proven ability to multi-task and drive revenue from multiple accounts Must be flexible, innovative and comfortable in setting priorities. Bachelor degree; preferred marketing, public relations, or related field Industry experience preferred
