Sales Manager - lead team to next level; both low hanging fruit and long term growth potential

In this position you will have the opportunity to make both immediate and long term impacts as you assume leadership of an outside sales program that is just a couple of steps away from realizing significant potential. Leveraging your management and motivation skills, you'll help a small team go after low hanging fruit, and also take the lead on landing and managing major accounts. You'll join a strong management team within a well-run, successful, multi-million dollar company, and your success in this role could set you up to pursue career paths within our company or our parent corporation, a global industry leader.

Your mission will be to assess our current sales program and lead positive change, particularly with regard to ensuring we have a driven and ambitious sales team with solid product knowledge. To be a good fit for this opportunity you will have significant sales experience, including manufacturing; experience selling custom manufactured products is strongly preferred. You'll need solid leadership skills and a demonstrated ability to grow sales and coach a team, as well as the ability to manage high-level accounts. We're looking for a high energy individual with enthusiasm and professional maturity.
