Sales Correspondent
SALES CORRESPONDENT
The Reliable Automatic Sprinkler Co., Inc is a leading manufacturer and worldwide distributor of automatic fire protection sprinklers and control valves used in fire protection systems. We have an immediate need for a Sales Correspondent for our Brea, CA facility.
Responsibilities include processing customer orders, handling customer complaints, data entry, answering phones and light typing. Additional responsibilities include calling prospective and established customers about products and services, managing assigned key accounts, preparing quotes and working closely with our outside sales representatives. The person selected must also have excellent telephone communication skills and 1-3 years of Customer Service experience.
