-Interact with all IR SSC personnel, end users and architects as it relates to increasing revenues through supporting the needs of the end users.-Develop with the SSC Manager the end user strategy and customer segmentation.-Increase revenue opportunities with targeted end users.-Increase loyalty of end users and architects.-Increase brand awareness.Percentage of Travel:15Min. -Develop relationships with target end users and architects through a regular pattern of sales calls.-Utilize Spec Writer for determining new construction specifications.-Service and train end users and architects to increase loyalty.-Increase sales in aftermarket channels by passing leads on renovations/remodels to local Aftermarket channel partners.-Solution consultants to end users and architects.-Utilize the CRM (Avenue) tool for major project follow-up and customer contact management. Also populate all End User preferences.-Attend local & regional shows to interface with end user contacts.-Recommend appropriate sites for sample "try-me's, monitor at each location and utilize product performance for competitive replacement.-Create a business plan and update regularly.-Jointly with Spec Writers, issue spec guides for end users' building standards.-Conduct site surveys/assessments, with primary focus on education, health care and airport facilities.-Actively participate in local locksmith association events.-Ability to work in a team environment.-Strong verbal and written communication skills.
