Sales Associate - Manufacturing

Sales Associate

We are currently seeking a Sales Associate to promote CHL in the market place to secure sales of replacement parts and small fabrications.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

 

· Calls on and develops relationships with regular and prospective customers to solicit orders.

· Reads correspondence from customers to determine needs of customer.

· Confers with personnel to verify cost and delivery.

· Quotes prices, credit terms and prepares sales contracts for orders.

· Interfaces with customers to provide project status reports and ensure customer needs are met.

· Reviews interim and completion project reports.  

 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

 

· Ability to understand drawings, blueprints, and a good mechanical aptitude.

· Ability to communicate clearly and understand what the customer requires.

· Ability to sell customers other services offered by CHL Systems.

· Min. 2-years of manufacturing experience.

· Basic understanding of steel fabrication and or machining preferred but not required.
