SUPERVISOR: PLASTIC INJECTION MOLDING

Established Western New York manufacturer is seeking to add to our busy production team by hiring a supervisor for the plastic injection molding department.We are looking for a person with demonstrable knowledge in large tonnage injection molding machines. Specifically, this person must have thorough knowledge of machine set up, operation, process control, quality control, and trouble shooting.Mold change and machine maintenance experience are most desirable.Additionally, the successful candidate should possess excellent leadership experience including shift supervision, scheduling, inventory and ordering, and operator training and development.
