SUPERVISOR - CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS

Lead cross-functional projects related to customer account handling.  to supervise customer account support team. to foster an environment that clearly articulates expectations set by the Customer Account Manager. to lead by example exemplifying enthusiasm, superior team skills, comprehensive manufacturing and systems knowledge, business solutions for H&PC products and services, and superior work ethics. 1. Supervise Customer Account Support Team.2. Implement and train CA associates on new/existing procedures and processes to better provide to business solutions. Maintain Customer Account training program.3. Report monthly department KPIs to Customer Account Manager and implement continuous improvement activity related to them.4. Act as key contact for internal audits.5. Lead adhoc projects related to customer satisfaction.6. Use analytical skills to increase understanding of customer satisfaction/frustration by providing reports and recommending improvements. Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or Communications. 5 - 9 years Customer account handling experience. Expertise in data management/retrieval/processing/creation. Experience in process training.
