SENIOR HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST

My growing client has a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Human Resource generalist with significant future advancement potential!In this role you will act as a strategic partner for HR services including, but not limited to the following: staffing, compensation, benefits, diversity, employee relations, employee training and development, and organizational development.  Specific activities involve assisting managers in maintaining accurate job descriptions, providing process improvement, recruiting activities, leadership development, succession planning, and conflict resolution.  Continually enhance knowledge of state and federal regulations, current trends, and practices pertaining to Human Resources. Provide expertise and ensure that practices comply with regulations.  Other administrative international HR tasks on an as needed basis. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION:* MUST have a BS/BA in Human Resources Management, Labor Relations, general business or equivalent* MUST have a minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or an HR related field* Independent decision-making and judgment* Project management skills* Proven ability to influence* Demonstrated organizational, analytical, and planning skills* Excellent communication (verbal & written) and listening skills* Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel If you are the best of the best - a dynamic, high energy, passionate leader - send your resume in Word format to Micah Di Sabato.  No phone calls will be accepted.
